Pat Fay's Vision: My vision is helping homeowners by teaching them how to manage the home construction process so they can build new or remodel for $150 per square foot or less.

Pat Fay's Goal: Teaching the homeowner how they can remodel or build a new home with superior materials, excellent quality workmanship, less stress by hiring subcontractors rather than a general contractor to do the different phases of their home construction project. Also, of course, building for a reasonable cost.

By following the Pat Fay Method the homeowner will discover that their project should only cost $100 per square foot or less in the year 2010 not $200 to $300 per SF or more! To learn how to do this the homeowner must invest $40 and the time to read the Pat Fay Method book.
